IMA ARTISTRY cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit. Please track your parcel using the provided tracking number until delivery. If it shows as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, kindly check with family members, neighbours, roommates, or the building manager. You can also speak directly with your mail carrier. If further assistance is required, let us know, and we can guide you in filing a claim with the postal service.
